SPECTACLES BRIDGE (MEGANEBASHI ) (Important Cultural Asset)
Built in 1634 by the Chinese Zen priest Mozi of Kofukuji Temple, this is the oldest stone arch bridge in Japan, and received its name from the fact that it looks like a pair of spectacles when reflected in the river.
